Units available for Purchase:
10 Units at $5000 each



Alternate Budget:
Production: $18,000
Advertising/Marketing: $17,000
Total: $35,000

Units available for Purchase:
7 Units at $5000 each



Minimum Investment: $5000
Maximum Investment: $50,000
Investors may purchase one unit, or all the units in the project to be the sole Executive Producer.

Unit Holders Total Share of the Returns: 40%
Duration of Possible Return Income: No Limit

Production Schedule:14 - 15 days
Proposed Budget is the funds we plan to raise for the Production.

Alternate Budget is the amount that we could still shoot the movie with if we don't reach our Proposed Budget (we'll just be cutting a few more corners).


Notes:
The Production Budget includes editing. This movie will be a very low budget comedy/drama without stars or expensive effects. This will be a "real" movie that will begin at the festivals.

Making a "Donation" for the Unit Amounts will be fine, too. The advantage is that it would make you not a part of the company at all ... you've only made a Donation. It's strictly up to you (and your accountant).
